Chiho Sasaki spoke about human-centered design (HCD) approach in product/service development at a seminar hosted by the Japan Marketing Association.

Professor H. Nishikawa of Hosei University School of Business coordinated the event held on July 23rd, with the main topic “Why product development fails?” The event tried to explore key success factors when employing innovative methodologies such as HCD and crowd sourcing into traditional product development process.

Chiho was also invited to the panel discussion, where she enjoyed straight talks with other speakers and audience around how we challenge existing process and protocol in order to get the most out of more innovative design methodology.
