This January Takashi contributed an article for “Reito,” a monthly journal published by The Japan Society of Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers. Tapping on our laptop computer development project for Panasonic, he discussed the internal barriers for innovation inherent in large corporations especially in Japan, and his pragmatic approaches to overcome those barriers.
